It’s really hard to find the right mentor or career coach. Especially if you’re just starting out your career. 

Or you’re still in school.  

You’re on your own when it comes to
figuring out how to:

• Find your purpose
• Figure out what that means, in life or at work
• Get a job that’s meaningful
• Do that job well
• Know when to advocate for yourself (such as asking for a raise)
• Deal with difficult co-workers or managers

My goal is to help you find your genius

Because I didn’t have this type of help. And made a lot of mistakes early on because I had no one to turn to for advice. Or support.
