Because the Dolphins Told Me Too

I’m Janet, and the Dolphins told me to share my gift of animal communication.

They said that my role, in this life, is to get the word out that animals have souls.
We, as humans, need to know that.

I help people to understand their beloved pets

so that they can feel peace of mind,

so their pets can live their best lives,

and so that people can know the role that their pets fulfill in their lives.

When did I start to communicate with animals?

This is me and my girl Cookie moments
after adopting her

It started with my Jack Russell rescue, Joey, in 2019. I was on a video call with someone I’d met when we were both speaking at a conference, and we were sharing insights.

Suddenly I felt my stomach drop. It was as though I’d reached the top of a roller-coaster and we’d toppled over the other side. I couldn’t breathe and I felt my stomach go into a panic spasm.

This made no sense, in the middle of a conversation.

Immediately, I thought of my dog, who is blind. I jumped up from the video call, telling her I had to check something, and ran out to the back of my house. There was my blind dog, in the pool, standing in the water on the top stop, dripping wet.

His legs were too short for him to jump out of the pool from where he was standing, so he was just standing there. Clearly, he’d fallen in and swum over to the step. He’d gotten up on all fours and was able to get his front legs up on the edge. And that’s as far as he’d been able to reach. He was stuck there, standing on his hind legs, looking lost and wondering what to do next.

I screamed his name, so he knew I was there, and I ran over to him. I got into the pool and pulled him out, talking calmly to him the whole time. He was shivering from the cold and his fear. I brought him inside, got a towel to dry him, and locked him inside the house (we have a doggie door so he can typically come and go as he pleases, just like his sister, the beagle).

I got back to the video call, shaking, to tell her what had happened. And then it occurred to me: I had no way of knowing what was going on in my backyard. I can’t hear anything – we have hurricane windows that mute out any outside noise. How did I know he’d fallen in the pool?

Where did that stomach feeling come from?

And then I realized – it must have come from him. He was panicked and he must have somehow conveyed that to me. I got it – instantly.

From that moment on, I dove into learning more about animal communication. And I found the perfect teacher to guide me through the process of learning how to control receiving and sending messages.

I feel immensely privileged, and responsible to share with others. Everyone can do this, if they want to. I’ve been working on it so I’m better at it, that’s all. I feel that it’s my role here to share what I’ve learned, about the animal world. To help other people to know what animals are feeling. To help people understand that they are emotional souls that we need to protect. And, to share that we, as humans, don’t understand their world. Sometimes they act in ways we don’t comprehend because we’re not them.
